CULINARY AND NIGHTLIFE
Work is just work, wherever you are in the world – but food, drink and after-hours are the heart of a country’s culture, the fibres that bind it together into its own unique package. So what better way to get to know a new place than by sampling its cuisine and nightlife? The spirit of Poland seems that much more present over a plate of pierogi in Gdansk, or a Krakovian kie?basa roll with onions and mustard; and you can’t get much more Greek than a glass of ouzo in a bouzoukia bar in Thessaloniki. And don’t get us started on the street food and street parties in Thaliand’s Bangkok and Chiang Mai: our mouths are watering already!
