What to expect ?

The weather of Everest often proved to be highly unpredictable and as extreme as its landscapes. Even in the best season, it could be sunny one minute and raining or snowing the next. It is expected to get a clear and gigantic view of Everest from the Base Camp. It is true that the weather of Everest remains stable in the best seasons but the patterns may not go same way every time.

Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu Airport - (1360m.) 

On your arrival in Kathmandu, our representative picks you up from the airport and transfer you to the hotel. 

Overnight in Kathmandu.

 

Day 02: Kathmandu SightSeeing

If you wish to comprehend Nepal’s historical and cultural values, sightseeing in Kathmandu valley is crucial. Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal, is a popular destination for tourists. This city offers a marvelous combination of mix religion of Hinduism, Buddhism, and some foreign culture. Kathmandu carries the cultural and religious legacy that can be found at temples, monuments, and artifacts. Patan and Bhaktapur are neighbor cities which reflects a similar legacy. In the half-day tour, you be guided to Pashupatinath temple and Boudhanath stupa. Pashupatinath is a Hindu Shrine where people worship Lord Shiva whereas Boudhanath is the biggest stupa of Nepal.  Also, for the rest of the day, we prepare for the trek. You can buy your missing equipment for your trek.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu (1350M/4429ft) to Pokhara (820M/2690ft), 7-8 hrs, 25 minutes flight in option, 

After early morning breakfast, we drive to the airport for a flight to Pokhara. It's a 25mins flight where you can enjoy an idyllic view of the Himalayan range. Alternatively, you can drive on a bus which is about 6-7hrs through tourist bus enjoying countryside highway at the bank of the Trishuli River.

Day 04: Trek from Pokhara to Bhumdi Village (1500M/4921ft), 4-5 hrs, (Teahouse-Lodge + B-L-D),

After breakfast, we will catch a bus to Thadoo Khola. After we reach Thadoo Khola we will start our trek to Bhumdi via a beautiful green forest with lots of flora and fauna on the trail. The trek begins with a long ascent to an edge before we drop down to the Bhumdi which takes approximately 4-5hrs. You can see wide mountain views such as Ganesh Himal, Manaslu, Himalchuli, Annapurna ranges.

Day 05: Trek from Bhumdi Village to Panchase Bhanjyang (2200M/7217ft), 5-6-hrs, 

After breakfast, we will begin the altitude path and then descend through the tranquil evergreen forest of Bumdi to the village of Bhanjyang. From here, the path ascends, snaky up to next village, and then goes directly downhill to reach the village of Patel.

Day 06: Early morning hike up to Panchase Hill (2509M/8231ft) and trek to Bhadaure Village (1670M/5479ft), 4-5 hrs, 

Early morning, we will hike 1-1/2 hr to the Panchase-hilltop at 2,509m for the superb panorama of Mt.Dhaulagiri, Annapurna and Mt. Manaslu range. Panchase is a holy spot during the auspicious time where pilgrims from the nearby village and as far from Pokhara pay their homage once a year on an auspicious day. You can experience the holy shrine around and continue the nice journey to Bhadaure village through the pristine rainforest till the Gurung village at Bhadaure.

Day 07: Trek from Bhadaure Village to Syauli Bazaar (1200M/3937ft), 5-6 hrs, 

After breakfast, we will begin an easy hike overlooking the views of the snow-capped mountains and the terraced farm fields and fertile valleys. We will pass across many diverse landscapes and experience the climate changing into the subtropical zone. After 3 hours of walk, the route joins at Nayapul, where almost all of the Annapurna and Kaligandaki trek begins. It will be quite a change after being in the absolute wilderness for the past few days, walk from Nayapul following the glacial river Modi upstream to Camp at Syauli Bazaar.

Day 08: Trek from Syauli Bazar to Ghandruk (1950M/6397ft), 

From here we will follow Modi river and pass several farm villages and waterfalls before we reach Kimche. An uphill walk on stone steps to Gandruk village is approximately 3-4 hours walk. Ghandruk, a large village in the mid-hills of Annapurna region has a settlement of Gurung tribe. It is an ethnic hill tribe of Tibetan Buddhism sect, unlike the Buddhism of Everest or from other high areas.

Day 09: Trek from Ghandruk to Landruk (1500M/4921ft), 

We will have a leisurely morning enjoying the beauty of Ghandruk. After lunch, we will continue the trek on the ridge, fleeting from side to side several huts, farm villages, and a small patch of forest. The downhill walk to the bridge at Phedi for an hour or more and then a sluggish uphill walk for another one more hour takes us to the village of Landrunk.

Day 10: Trek from Landruk to Australian Camp (2050M/6725ft), 4-5 hrs, 

From Landruk the walk will continue on the snaky path through the villages and terraced fields and after two hours of a good walk, the trail will lead us to the small pass at Deurali ridge (2,150m). Then a nice descend walk through the forest with a magnificent view of the Annapurna and Mt.Manaslu range all the way takes us to the small village Pothana. Then an hour of good walk through the cool shade of the forest brings you at Thulo Kharka also known as Australian Camp which is a wonderful spot amid the forest with huge meadows overlooking stunning views of the range of mountains from Annapurna to Manaslu.

Day 11: Trek from Australian Camp to Sarangkot (1950M/6397ft), 3-4 hrs and drive to Pokhara (820M/2690ft), 1 hr, (Hotel + B-L) 

After breakfast, we will continue the trek with the beautiful view of the Annapurna range, Dhaulagiri range, and Machhapuchhre. Crossing different green hills, terraces, and the beautiful view of Pokhara valley, we will reach Sarangot and then drive to Pokhara. 

Overnight in Pokhara


Day 12: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (1350M/4429ft), 7-8 hrs, or 25 minutes flight in option, (Hotel + B).

After breakfast, we will head for the Kathmandu memorizing the good memories in this trip. 

Overnight in Kathmandu.
